My Approach

I encourage individuals, couples and families to imagine the future they desire, and then work to collaboratively develop a series of steps that will help them achieve these goals in a brief period of time. 

 

Solution-Focused Therapy, does NOT dwell on the details of why or how things came to be. It addresses the HERE-and-NOW, concentrating on present-day solutions.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), is a type of therapy that places far more importance on discussing SOLUTIONS than problems.

My Coaching techniques will also help you get from where you are to where you wish to be in a short period of time.

​

My sessions are between 1 & 3 hours long. The session duration, will completely be up to each client. Some clients wish to work intensely in one session and space them out, while others prefer shorter sessions and meet more frequently.

You can book your sessions online. You can also choose a package plan that saves you money for several sessions.
